Fitness Week Celebration

T.N.M.P.S Tilaura celebrated the "FITNESS WEEK" from 20th November 2019 to 28th November 2019 by conducting different physical and mental activities for the students, teachers and parents with great enthusiasm and active participation, every day in this week executed various activities. The activities included Yoga session in the morning assembly, activities for fitness and nutrition, Exercises for muscle fitness and body strength, Poster making  on "Fit Body, Fit Mind, Fit Environment" Aerobics, Rope skipping, Gardening, Essay Writing competition on "Fit India School" , Sports Quiz. The school Annual Sports Meet also organized during these days. Various sports and games such as Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Volley Ball, Badminton, Athletics etc. On the 6th day 28-11-2019 the school actively engaged in the Game "Tug of War" to celebrate the unity in Diversity of our nation and to maintain and strengthen the fabric of traditionally existing emotional bonds between the states of Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh.
